Beating Traffic chaos

Traffic in a metro can always be annoying. Seven out of ten working people admit that they are usually held up in traffic signals which delay them to work but also cause unwanted stress.
Traffic signals can also add to the morning blues only when you had to be punctual for a call or an important meeting.
Controlling traffic is certainly not in our hands but controlling the trauma inflicted by the traffic can be definitely controlled.

Here are some tips that will allow you to stay occupied when under stress during traffic.

1.Always carry an mp3 player with a good collection of songs. Plug it in your ears and stay away from the tension.
2.Carry your favorite novel which you have been trying to read since ages. Reading can relax your mind.
3.Engage in a conversation with your fellow passenger. To begin with, you will be occupied. Secondly, you will get to know new people.
4.Some people have the habit of spotting car types or car numbers. If you fancy it, develop it as a hobby during traffic.
5.If you are a busy person, you can jot down a list of things-to-do so that you don’t miss out on your plans.
6.You can even write down a shopping list which could be scheduled for the weekend.
Sms or call your friends and ask how they are doing.
7.It’s easy to forget friends having a busy schedule. Hence, make use of the time to let them know you remember them.
8.If you are a person who demands peace, shut your eyes and relax thinking about your favorite spots.

Traffic signals need not be unbearable anymore. It can be stress-free if known how to make the best use of the time.
